Description
The framework service contract resulting from this call for tenders will focus on five areas in relation to CORDA:• operation and maintenance (20 %);• content management (50 %);• user support (10 %);• development activities (10 %);• project management (10 %).The presumed distribution of effort is indicated in brackets as a guideline. In particular, it should be noted that only limited development activities are foreseen. CORDA’s level of functionality and operational maturity is considered appropriate and is already meeting the basic needs of the Copernicus land monitoring and emergency management services. Focus will therefore be on continuation of operational activities, the data content management, and interactions and dialogue with users.
