(1) The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of training services 2022-2023 in the schools supported by the project: "Development of vocational education of schools of the City of Zamość", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, Regional Operational Programme of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 12 Education, qualifications and competences, Measure 12.4 Vocational education. The main objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness, quality and attractiveness of vocational education in schools for which the City of Zamość is the leading authority, i.e. for: a) Complex of Upper Secondary Schools No. 1b) Complex of Upper Secondary Schools No. 2c) Complex of Upper Secondary Schools No. 3d) Complex of Upper Secondary Schools No. 4e) The contract is divided into 11 parts. 1.
The subject matter of the contract is to provide training services in the years 2022-2023 in schools supported by the project: "Development of professional education of schools of the City of Zamość", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, Regional Operational Programme of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 12 Education, qualifications and competences, Measure 12.4 Professional education. The main objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness, quality and attractiveness of vocational education in schools for which the City of Zamość is the leading authority.2. 3.The Economic Operator shall be obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the Terms of Reference and in the draft agreement constituting Appendix no. 11 to the ToR. 4. Pursuant to art. 100 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor is obliged to ensure that during contract performance the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons or design for all users are taken into account.5.Place of rendering the service: Lubelskie Voivodeship, Poland: a) Secondary School Complex No. 1, Łukasińskiego St. 8, 22-400 Zamość b) Secondary School Complex No. 4, Piłsudskiego St. 65, 22-400 Zamość6 The service will be provided in the period from the day of signing the contract with the Purchaser according to the description included in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. organization of training courses.7The planned dates of completion of the courses have been specified due to the provisions of the application for co-financing of the project "Development of Vocational Education in the Schools of the City of Zamość".8 The dates are as follows:Part 1 of the contract: realisation of the course: a) Period 1: from the day of signing the contract until 16.12.2022, the settlement should be submitted by 23.12.2022;b) Period 2: from 01.01.2023 until 31.08.2023, the settlement should be submitted by 11.09.2023. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for each part of the contract is included in attachment no. 10 to SWZ and will be an attachment to the contract after its conclusion.
