In addition to personal and social competence, methodological and complementary (supplementary) competence aspects define the breadth and depth of the individual decision-making competence of employees. Methodological competence encompasses all the knowledge required to systematically and methodically work on complex tasks and problems and to achieve action goals effectively and efficiently. Complementary competences reflect, in the understanding of the client (AG), knowledge, skills and abilities in all non-IT technical specialist areas. The subject area depicted in Category 5 comprises training measures customary in the market from any catalogue offers of training service providers in various formats, including training courses, blended learning, e-learning and examinations/certifications, in the competence spectrum mentioned. Estimated quantity/estimated value: EUR 2.0 million for the total duration of the Dynamic Procurement System (DBS) of category 5 for approx. 5,000 employees potentially to be trained.
