- Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS with a -48°C temperature
operability cloud point, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2017 (latest issue)
Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the port of St. John's, Newfoundland, by July 29, 2019 for furtherance to Killiniq, Nunavut.
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement:
Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Killiniq, Nunavut
*where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
