The present contract comprises two tranches:- firm tranche: - firm tranche: the firm tranche: design studies - building permits - regulatory dossiers - complementary geotechnical and topographical studies - optional tranche: the optional tranche: - preparation and execution of the works - project management - monitoring, coordination and steering - start-up - lifting of reserves and guarantee of perfect completion,- an industrial start-up period (MMI) lasting one year.
