PROJECT
The work consists of the construction of a drinking water supply line approximately 2965 metres long from the City of Windsor on Route 249 and the 10th row, a pressure booster adjacent to the City of Windsor reservoir, the replacement of storm water pipes on each side of the row, water service connections and 3 sewer connections. The project receives financial assistance under the Municipal Water Infrastructure Program (PRIMEAU volet 2 - réalisation des travaux) and the Gas Tax and Québec Contribution Program 2014-2018 (TECQ).

As of Thursday, June 6, 2019, documents related to this call for tenders may be obtained by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (ETS) by calling one of its representatives at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856-6600, or by consulting the website, www.seao.ca under reference number 171-01624-00. Documents are available at a cost determined by the SEAO. Invoicing for printing and delivery will be done by SEAO. Plans and specifications are non-refundable.

Only those who have their principal place of business in Quebec and Canada, and in the territories covered by the Agreement on Internal Trade (A.C.I.), and who have obtained in their name, through the S.E.A.O., the technical specifications for the project issued by the project owner. Sealed bids must be received at the Owner's office, located at 500 Route 249 in Val-Joli to the attention of Mrs. Nathalie Rousseau, General Manager, before 2 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019. Bids will be opened publicly at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019 in the council chambers of the municipality of Val-Joli located at 500, route 249, Val-Joli.

The bidder must be aware of the contract management policy of the municipality of Val-Joli, this policy is an integral part of any call for tenders issued by the municipality of Val-Joli and is available at http://www.val-joli.ca/politique/gestioncontractuelle.pdf . All bidders must comply with them, under penalty of sanctions that may go as far as rejecting the bid and terminating the contract.
