France - Drinking water supply

Description

Public service contract to provide part of the services for the production, storage and transport of drinking water on part of the territory of the Basque Country Urban Community (Ustaritz-Anglet-Bassussarry-Bayonne sector).
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring:
- the production and supply of drinking water for beneficiary communities,
- the operation, management, maintenance, servicing, maintenance, monitoring, control and repair of all installations, works and equipment in the service,
- the execution of work defined by contract,
- the regular provision, on request, of all information on the technical and financial functioning of the service, and more generally, all the services, prerogatives or responsibilities resulting from the contract.
