Description

- the management of the delegated service includes the operation, including in particular the maintenance and monitoring of drinking water distribution installations (structures, networks and network accessories, connections, meters),- the monitoring and control of the quality of the distributed water, the search for anomalies likely to disrupt the proper functioning of the service and the resolution of these situations within the limits defined in the contract,- the performance of the work for which the contractor is responsible under the contract and subsequent amendments, - the management of relations with subscribers to the service throughout the duration of the contract, - information and technical assistance to the local authority to enable it to control the service, in particular by transmitting accurate and reliable data.Characteristics of the public drinking water distribution service (2018 data): - number of subscribers: 1,044,- distribution network (excluding connections): 38.9 km,- network efficiency: 83.5%.
