Description
The tasks entrusted to the concessionaire will include- the provision of drinking water in accordance with current regulations, to all subscribers, in sufficient quantity and pressure,- the continuity of services to subscribers,- the management of assets, including in particular maintenance, surveillance, maintenance and repairs,- the conservation of assets through its renewal and modernization,- the renewal of the public part of the connections,- the replacement of meters to comply with current regulations,- the management of relations with subscribers, including information, meter reading, invoicing, collection of sums due, repayment of the portion due to third parties,- the consulting work defined in the draft contract,- the purchase of the current meter fleet and the balance on investments to secure and strengthen the Saint-Louis processing plant.
