Supply, installation and commissioning of gas meters (UNI EN 437 - II family: natural gas, group H) for fiscal measures with flow rates Qmax=6 mch (G4) and Qmax=10 mc/h (G6) in accordance with: - Directive 2014 /32/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26.2.2014 (recast),- UNI/TS 11291 standard series of hourly gas measurement devices,- DLMS-COSEM data communication protocol,- PP4 point-to-point profile,- 4G/LTE transmission -NB-IoT (Band 20, 800MHz),- UDP/IP modem communication protocol,- Power saving mode.The supply will include: - management activities of the meters enrolled on the SAC of the supplier for a period of 35 days in order to verify the effective communication, - monthly sending to the contracting entity of the Vb totalizers of the meters, with valid reading, at the end of the month gas hours 6, by means of appropriate files, - addressing of the meters on the SAC of the contracting entity, - free of charge transfer of the software and related licenses for the management of meters in the field.Estimated lot size 1:Supply, installation, commissioning by:- 31.12.2021 of 37,000 counters (G4) and 2,000 counters (G6), - 31.12.2022 of 8,000 counters (G4), - 31.12.2023 of 8,000 counters (G4) and 100 counters (G6), - option on 31.12.2024 of 7,000 counters (G4).
