Description
Procurement and implementation of a document management system for the city of Weiden in the Upper Palatinate
Creation of a document management system with electronic archiving, inbox/workflow functions, electronic file and including connection to the electronic incoming invoice processing with H&H proDoppik ("X-Invoice").- Provision of standard software for 60 users (introductory phase) and a further 460 users (rollout, phase 2) against a one-off payment in the long term (sale) for a DMS including the components e-file, electronic archive, workflow, interfaces to various specialist procedures, and in particular to H&H proDoppik;- Creation of the overall system for 60 users in the introduction phase (phase 1), including consulting, conception, implementation, configuration, creation of documentation and bringing about operational readiness;- training;- project management;- development of a test system;- provision of system service and further development of the overall system.
