Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out piping, earthworks and insulation work on the networks located on the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport platform.The networks concerned are:- Superheated water (ES) in gutters, technical galleries, substations, and thermal production plants,- Hot water for heating (ECC) in gutters, earth, technical galleries, substations, and thermal production plants,- Chilled water (EG) in gutters, in earth, technical galleries, substations, and thermal production plants,- various fluid networks ESP ER GAS AC water treatment in steel, stainless steel and HDPE in earth, technical galleries, substations and thermal production plants.The work can be carried out both day and night, in public areas and safe areas, most often with an operating site, and the framework agreement will be executed in the form of purchase order contracts. This contract concerns lot No 1: single contractor contract for orders of EUR 50 000 or less; award procedures: - lot 1: single contractor. The purpose of this contract is to carry out piping, earthworks and insulation work on the networks located on the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport platform.The networks concerned are:- Superheated water (ES) in gutters, technical galleries, substations, and thermal production plants,- Hot water for heating (ECC) in gutters, earth, technical galleries, substations, and thermal production plants,- Chilled water (EG) in gutters, in earth, technical galleries, sub-stations, and thermal production plants,- Various fluid networks ESP ER GAS AC water treatment in steel, stainless steel and HDPE in earth, technical galleries, substations and thermal production plants.The work can be carried out both day and night, in public areas and safe areas, most often with an operating site, and the framework agreement will be executed in the form of purchase order contracts. This contract concerns lot No 2: Multi-award contract for orders over EUR 50 000, with permanent reopening of competition, with a maximum of 3 holders; - Award procedures: lot 2: the award of orders of an amount equal to or greater than the threshold will be made in accordance with the following procedure: The award of orders of an amount equal to or greater than EUR 50 000 will be made on the basis of price, technical and deadline criteria; the weighting of these criteria and any sub-criteria will be made known to the holders at the time of reopening. Aéroports de Paris will inform the companies, subject to a 4 working days' notice, of its decision to call for competition, the subject of the order, the deadline for submission of tenders and the duration of the validity of the proposals.In urgent cases, Aéroports de Paris reserves the right to reduce the 4 working days to a reasonable period, in which case each holder must respond under the conditions and within the period set by Aéroports de Paris, specifying the discount on the prices set out in the unit price schedule of the contract and the time limit for performing the services. For works or works for which this contract does not provide for a price, the holders must reply within the time limit by proposing an estimate; at the end of this reopening of competition, if Aéroports de Paris notifies the order by accepting the estimate, it will constitute the fixed amount to be paid for the performance of the services relating to this order. Aéroports de Paris will notify its agreement to the selected holder by sending an email, followed by the issuance of the order form.With regard to lot 2, when the contract is signed, the candidate who submitted the best technical and financial proposal for the practical case ('CDG Réseaux ECC EG et ESP GTE Parc PR' case study) subject to this consultation will automatically be awarded the relative order, without consulting the other two holders, under the conditions agreed to the market and following line 21470'CDG Réseaux ECC EG et ESP GTE PARC PR' in the unit price schedule.
