Description

The performance obligations to be achieved by the holder are defined through the various articles of this CCTP. The objectives of this market are in particular: to ensure and control the proper functioning of the installations in order to guarantee the safety of people, installations, the site and the environment, to ensure the supply of heating, domestic hot water, in quality and quantity, to ensure the follow-up and traceability of preventive maintenance interventions, corrective maintenance and all interventions concerning the works covered by this contract, to ensure the search for possible energy savings and respect consumption targets, if necessary, to ensure preventive maintenance in order to preserve the guarantees (manufacturer's guarantees, guarantee of perfect completion, guarantee of proper functioning, etc.)) and to assist the project owner in their application.
