Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and bringing to the Hospital Pharmacy medical devices in the assortment and quantity specified in Appendix No. 2 to the IDW - Assortment and Quantity Form. 2. The offered subject matter of the contract has to meet the Purchaser's requirements specified in the Assortment and Quantity Form, be brand new and ready to use according to its intended purpose without additional purchases, cannot be reconditioned equipment and cannot be used earlier by another user.3. the offered subject matter of the contract has to be approved for marketing and use as a medical device (applies only to medical devices).4. the Purchaser shall accept bids for individual parts of the contract. This order consists of 16 parts. An offer may be submitted in respect of one or more parts.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply and delivery to the Hospital Pharmacy of the medical devices in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the IDW - Assortment and Quantitative Form.
