Poland - Disposable non-chemical medical and haematological consumables

Description

The subject matter of the tender procedure is successive supplies of sterile and non-sterile single-use medical equipment and protective clothing in the assortment and quantity as specified in the Annex 2 and 2a to this ToR2 .The offered disposable medical equipment should: a) meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 186, i.j.), b) have the documents allowing for the marketing of the medical product in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices, c) have a CE declaration of the offered medical equipment and/or protective clothing, d) be of high quality and meet the function for which they are intended, have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of delivery.
The subject of this tender procedure is the successive supply of disposable sterile and non-sterile medical equipment and protective clothing with the range and quantity specified in the Annex 2 and 2a to this ToR.
