The subject of the contract is the delivery, along with bringing in the equipment and accessories, and lease of equipment for performing vitrectomy and phacoemulsification treatments in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the IDW - Assortment and quantity form.2 The subject of the contract in part no. 1 also includes training of the Orderer's personnel in the field of start-up, operation, operation and maintenance of equipment for performing vitrectomy and phacoemulsification treatments.3The subject matter of the contract offered must meet the Orderer's requirements listed in the assortment and quantity form, be brand new and ready for use as intended.4.
