Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of diagnostic, surgical and personal protection gloves.2. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 4 parts and the Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract including information on the assortment, quantity and requirements has been specified in Appendix 1 to the SWZ, which constitutes its integral part.4 In Appendix 1 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide, apart from the price, the catalogue code number, trade name and manufacturer of the subject matter of the contract offered by the Contractor.5 The term of validity of the offered subject matter of the contract cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of each delivery. The terms of realization of the subject matter of the contract have been included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 5a, 5b to SWZ (Terms of Reference). 7. For Lot No. 1, the Contractor shall, as part of the contract and the contractual remuneration, deliver glove dispensers with single baskets, numbering 100. The basket should contain a pack of gloves.
