Description

This is the first of a two-part tender process by the Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) who wish to procure a software solution that will support digital facilities asset management for the Auckland City Hospital (ACH). This initial registration of interest (ROI) is for a software solution and appropriate software support only that is to be used on a pilot project to test its capability. The pilot project will consist of the successful implementation of a software solution that demonstrates that it can meet the requirements that are outlined in section 2 of this ROI.
** What We Need: It is likely that an “off the shelf” product will not provide the ADHB with all the requirements in digital facilities asset management software. The ADHB’s ACH infrastructure and buildings vary in age, condition and quality of asset information. The software solution will need to provide a platform that can consume existing information and data and support the collation of new asset information from both operations and new capital projects. The digital facilities asset management platform will provide a connection between graphical and non-graphical information and centralise access to asset information for facilities and development personnel. Supplier will need to provide a working demonstration of their solution before being considered for the RFP and subsequent Pilot Project. The Pilot Project may involve one or more competing suppliers.
** Who We Are: We provide health services to the nearly 515,000 people living in central Auckland, as well as regional services for Northland and Greater Auckland and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. We have more than 1 million patient contacts per year. Our primary role is to support our local population to achieve the outcomes they want for themselves, their whānau and their community, and to ensure access to high quality and safe services for them. Our approach is patient-centred healthcare, which means the needs of our patients are at the heart of everything we do.
