Description

The subject matter of the order is the supply of a digital monochrome printing machine, hereinafter referred to as "the device", together with servicing, hereinafter referred to as "the service" for the Department of Printing of the University of Gdansk.2. The order is divided into two stages:1) Stage I includesa) supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of a monochrome printing deviceb) supply of software to control the above-mentioned devicec) training of at least 2 people in advanced operation of the device and software. The Contractor shall be obliged to train no later than on the date referred to in Chapter IV, point 1 of the SWZZ.2) Stage II includes: comprehensive maintenance service of the device to the extent described in Table No. II of Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, which includes, among others:a) technical inspections and repairs of the offered device b) supply and replacement of toners and consumables (excluding paper)c) warranty services and maintenance of the device in continuous readiness for operation.

Code of Classification of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 30121430-6 (Digital duplicating equipment), 50000000-5 (Repair and maintenance services).3. The order is divided into two stages:1) Stage I includes:a) supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of a monochrome printing device,b) supply of software to control the above-mentioned device,c) training of at least 2 people in advanced operation of the device and software. The Contractor shall be obliged to train no later than the date referred to in Chapter IV, point 1 of the SWZ.2) Stage II includes: comprehensive maintenance service of the device to the extent described in Table No. II of Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ, which includes, among others:a) performing technical inspections and repairs of the offered device,b) supply and replacement of toners and consumables (excluding paper),c) warranty services and maintenance of the device in continuous readiness for operation.4A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the order has been specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - description of the subject matter of the order.5. Place of delivery of the device: Printing Department of the University of Gdansk, 119/121 Armii Krajowej Street, 81-824 Sopot.6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the device for a period of 48 months.7. If anywhere in the SWZ, including in the description of the subject of the contract, standards referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the PPL are indicated, it should be understood that such indication is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" and the Ordering Party allows offering equivalent solutions to those described. Equivalence should be understood as meaning that equivalent solutions will guarantee execution of the order in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract and will ensure that the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - are met to an equivalent degree. The application must correspond, in its type and scope, to the objectives assumed in the standards referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the PPL.8. It is up to the Contractor to demonstrate equivalence, i.e. to meet to an equivalent degree the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall be obliged to indicate in his bid which standards to which the description of the subject matter of the contract refers have been substituted and state what equivalent solutions he proposes in their place. The Contracting Authority will not reject the Contractor's bid merely because the services or supplies offered do not comply with the standards to which the description of the subject matter of the contract refers, provided that the Contractor proves in his bid, in particular by means of the means of proof referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL, that the solutions proposed comply to an equivalent degree with the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Article 101(5) of the PPL). In this situation, the contracting authority may exercise the right set forth in Article 107(2) of PPL.
