Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment: Digital Angiograph - Co-financed by the State Budget, 1 piece.Single plane X-ray system for interventional and diagnostic procedures enabling a wide range of vascular examinations: peripheral; abdominal; cerebral; chest. It is equipped with hardware and software solutions reducing the radiation dose in real time, improving the image quality and allowing imaging with a reduced radiation dose. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the proceedings if public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contract have not been awarded.

It is equipped with hardware and software solutions reducing the radiation dose in real time, improving the image quality and allowing imaging with reduced radiation dose. Detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract is contained in the SWZ, in particular, paragraph 7 and the price form, which is Annex 1a to the SWZ.Information on the technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence:The tender procedure shall be conducted in the Polish language exclusively by means of electronic communication within the meaning of Article 2 item 4) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 334), i.e: electronic Tender Platform available at: https://jurasza.logintrade.net, as well as available through the Ordering Party's website www.jurasza.umk.pl, in the "Announcements" tab, from the drop-down menu, select "Public Procurement", where the "Tender Platform" tab is located. This proceeding is included in the list of proceedings conducted by the Contracting Authority posted on the Platform at: https://jurasza.logintrade.net/rejestracja/ustawowe.html. The Contracting Authority shall allow files to be sent in data formats specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and exchange of information in electronic form and minimum requirements for ICT systems (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2247) - in particular in the following formats: .pdf, .doc, .docs, .rtf or .odt, pades, xades. However, the Contracting Authority prefers to send files in .pdf format .1) Technical requirements that the Contractor's computer equipment must meet in order to use the Tender Platform.a) Acceptable web browsers:- Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11,- Google Chrome 31- Mozilla Firefox 26- Opera 182) Other technical requirements:(a) access to the Internet;b) browser support for XMLHttpRequest protocol - ajax;c) JavaScript enabled;d) recommended Internet connection speed above 500 KB/s;e) Acrobat Reader installed;f) Java SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 24 or higher installedThe detailed rules of using the Tender Platform, including the hardware and technical requirements enabling the use of the Tender Platform, the detailed method of submitting and withdrawing offers, as well as transferring declarations and documents, have been defined in the Instructions for Using the Tender Platform, which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, and on the website https://jurasza.logintrade.net/registration/instructions.html .
