Description
The subject of the contract is successive deliveries with transport of the following fuels: a) Diesel oil in the estimated amount of 2,470 m3,b) Unleaded petrol Pb-95 in the estimated amount of 310 m3,The Contracting Authority reserves the right, depending on its needs, to reduce or increase the amount of diesel oil ordered in this proceeding, unleaded petrol Pb 95 by 20% (plus/minus) in relation to the estimated amount of fuel specified in p. 1 of the contract. In such a case, the Contractors are not entitled to any claims against the Contracting Authority, and first of all, claims for payment for unsolicited fuel. They must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).
