Description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of fuel for the Purchaser's own needs, and a public service station within 20 months from the date of signing the contract in the amount of: - diesel oil approx. 7 000 000 litres - petrol Pb 95 approx. 1 000 000 litres The size of the contract may be reduced or increased by up to 25%, depending on the needs of the Purchaser. In case of reduction or increase of the order by the quantity as above, the parties will settle the deliveries according to the quantity of fuel actually delivered and the Contractor, apart from the demand for payment of the price, is not entitled to any other claims against the Ordering Party. The fuels offered must meet: the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015), item 1680), Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25.3.2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 7.4.2010, item 332, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 amending the Regulation on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23.10.2015), Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 amending the Regulation on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23.10.2015), The compliance of the offered fuels with the above requirements will be tested on the basis of the enclosed company standards (technical conditions) or quality certificates. Fuel deliveries will be made successively within 20 months from the date of signing the contract with own or rented means of transport of the Ordering Party with a capacity of 30.The Contracting Authority shall each time require the Contractor to submit a certified true copy of a quality certificate or a copy of a fuel quality certificate issued by an accredited laboratory. The Contractor shall be obliged to affix numerical seals to secure the goods after loading in the place where the tanker is flooded. For each batch of goods, the contractor shall issue a proof of delivery of the "WZ", which shall include: number of the flooded chamber, filling temperature, volume of the poured fuel, density at 15 degrees C, weight of kg, volume at 15 degrees C. The number of the seal will be noted on the issue certificate. The Buyer shall perform the commission pick-up of fuel at the Fuel Station.
