Description

Estimated maximum quantity of oil for Poznań and Leszno locations - 4,880,628 litres, including the guaranteed quantity of 3,904,502 litres The agreement will be executed from the date of its conclusion, but not earlier than from 1 November 2019 until: a) 31 October 2021, b) use of the gross guaranteed value referred to in § 5, item 1, of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 659, as amended). 9 of the model agreement or after the Buyer exercises the right of option, referred to in paragraph 7 of the model agreement, uses the gross maximum value, referred to in § 5 paragraph 9 of the model agreement, c) uses the estimated quantity of Diesel Oil, referred to in § 1 paragraph 1 of the model agreement, depending on which of these events occurs first.
