Description

Supply of diesel fuel for automotive use for the refuelling of buses owned by MoM S.p.A. and used mainly for the provision of urban and suburban LPT services, the presumed total quantity (for the certain contractual period), merely indicative and non-binding, inferable from the previous experience of MoM S.p.A., is approximately 5 700 000 litres, for an estimated amount of EUR 6 227 250,00 (including excise duties and charges and excluding VAT) plus security charges not subject to a discount of EUR 1 160,00 (per year). Technical specifications, methods, timing and places of delivery are indicated in art. 2 of the specifications lot 1 of reference. The contract has a duration, for the certain contractual period, of 12 months starting from 1.1.2020 and expiring on 31.12.2020 and provides for the right for the client to renew the contract at the same conditions for a maximum duration of twelve months, as well as to extend the contract, at the same contractual and economic conditions, for a maximum period of 180 days beyond the contractual expiry; the maximum estimated value of the contract for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the code would eventually amount to EUR 15 571 025.00 (including charges and excise duties and excluding VAT) including security charges.subcontracting is allowed in accordance with art. 105 of the code; in the absence of such indications subcontracting is prohibited.recourse to the use pursuant to art. 89 D.Lgs. 50/2016 is permitted according to the procedures set out in the specification. The contract has a duration, for the certain contractual period, equal to 12 months from (indicatively) 1.6.2020 and expiring on 31.5.2021 and provides for the right for the client to renew the contract at the same conditions for a maximum duration of twelve months, as well as to extend the contract, at the same contractual and economic conditions, for a maximum period of 180 days beyond the contractual expiry; the maximum estimated value of the contract for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the code would eventually amount to 7 902 325.00 EUR (including charges and excise duties and excluding VAT) including security charges.subcontracting is allowed in accordance with art. 105 of the code; in the absence of such indications subcontracting is prohibited.recourse to the use pursuant to art. 89 D.Lgs. 50/2016 is permitted according to the procedures set out in the specification. Technical specifications, methods, timing and places of delivery are indicated in art. 2 of the specifications lot 3 of reference. The contract has a duration, for the certain contractual period, equal to 12 months from (indicatively) 1.1.2020 and expiring on 31.12.2020 and provides for the right for the client to renew the contract at the same conditions for a maximum duration of twelve months, as well as to extend the contract, at the same contractual and economic conditions, for a maximum period of 180 days beyond the contractual expiry; the maximum estimated value of the contract for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the code would eventually amount to EUR 3 985 468.75 (including excise duties and charges and excluding VAT) including security charges.subcontracting is allowed in accordance with the provisions of art. 105 of the code; in the absence of such indications subcontracting is prohibited.recourse to the use pursuant to art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 is permitted according to the procedures set out in the specification. The contract has a duration, for the certain contractual period, equal to 12 months from (indicatively) 1.1.2020 and expiring on 31.12.2020 and provides for the right for the client to renew the contract at the same conditions for a maximum duration of twelve months, as well as to extend the contract, at the same contractual and economic conditions, for a maximum period of 180 days beyond the contractual expiry; the maximum estimated value of the contract for the purposes of art. 35, paragraph 4 of the code would eventually amount to 125 587.78 EUR (including charges and excise duties and excluding VAT) including security charges.subcontracting is allowed in accordance with the provisions of art. 105 of the code; in the absence of such indications subcontracting is prohibited.use is allowed pursuant to art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 according to the procedures set out in the specification.
