Description

Delivery of engine fuels: diesel oil ON - CPV 091342200 and unleaded petrol E95:- CPV 09132100-4, in the quantities specified in Appendix No. 2c to the ToR, Table No. 3B,- to the tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles, at the offered service stations of the Contractor.1) zone no. 1 (within the boundaries of the city of Kraków) - refers to stationary locations: a) 31-530 Kraków, ul. Łazarza 14; b) 30-533 Kraków, Rynek Podgórski 2; c) 30-393 Kraków, ul. Babińskiego 29; d) 30-835 Kraków, ul. Teligi 8; e) 31-223 Kraków, ul. Wybickiego 3a;f) 32-086 Kraków, Węgrzce, ul. A10, nr. 56;g) 30-114 Kraków, ul. Kościuszki 49;h) 32-087 Kraków, Zielonki, ul. Galicyjska 17a;i) 31-826 Kraków, oś. Złota Jesieni 1 - Szpital im. Rydygiera;j) 31-983 Kraków, ul. Igołomska 1.- For the whole zone no. 1, a minimum of 6 service stations are required from the Contractor in the designated area of the city referred to in item XVII.1..2) The ToR (see: "Note" under the point table no. 1), including stations located at street fragments lying on the lines delimiting the described area, but at least 3 petrol stations must be located south and north of the Vistula river.- For the entire zone no. 1, all petrol stations offered by the Contractor should be open 24 hours a day, every day of the week and enable settlement of purchases at petrol stations without cash.- Offering by the Contractor a larger number of stations will be scored in the criteria for the evaluation of tenders.2) zone no. 2 - concerning the stationing place - 32-043 Skała, ul. Osiecka 3A;12) zone no. 12 - concerning the place of stationing - 32-329 Hutki, ul. Górka 19;13) zone no. 13 - concerning the stationing place - 32-340 Wolbrom, ul. Łukasińskiego 1.- for zones no. 2 to no. 13 a minimum of 1 petrol station is required for each stationing place within a road distance of max. 25 km from the stationing place. All service stations offered by the Contractor should be open 24 hours a day, every day of the week and enable settlement of purchases at service stations without cash.2. This ToR must meet the quality requirements specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).3 The supply of fuels will take place successively during the term of the agreement at the Contractor's service station(s), during its/their operating hours, directly to the Ordering Party's vehicle tanks or to the canister, under the conditions described in the draft agreement appendix no. 3 to the ToR.4.The refuelling settlement should be carried out in a non-cash system, using electronic cards or other documents issued by the Contractor free of charge for each vehicle of the Customer - hereinafter referred to as "cards".5 The Contractor must ensure the electronic transmission of statements of transactions made before or together with the invoice for transactions made.6 The anticipated number of cards to be issued to the Customer for the duration of the contract is approximately 66 for notified vehicles plus 10 reserve cards (bearer cards) for damaged or lost cards to be issued for the duration of the contract...
