Description

The subject of the order is cashless fuel delivery in a fuel card system, in accordance with the requirements of the ToR, including: - unleaded petrol Pb-95 - according to PN-EN 228+A1 standard in the maximum amount up to 1 400 m3 - Diesel oil ON - according to PN-EN 590+A1 standard in the maximum amount up to 3 000 m3 - AdBlue - ISO 22241-1-2-3-4 (E) in the maximum amount up to 19 m32. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1 to ToR.3. The Economic Operator is obliged to complete the contract on terms and conditions described in the model contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to RR.4. The Contracting Authority does not allow variants to be submitted.5.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the size of the subject of the contract, but undertakes to purchase during the term of the contract the following quantities of products: - Unleaded petrol Pb-95 - not less than 400 m3;- Diesel oil ON - not less than 1 000 m3.7. The above fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).8. During the term of the agreement, the Contractor must have an adequate number of service stations participating in the Ordering Party's non-cash vehicle refuelling system, i.e.: - at least five stations, located in each province, - at least one station within 35 km of each seat of the SG organisational unit (list in Appendix 1 to the agreement).9 The Contractor shall maintain the possibility of non-cash refuelling of the Ordering Party's vehicles at all service stations belonging to its sales network throughout the country during the term of the agreement.10Basic minimum requirements for the sale of liquid fuels using fuel cards: 1) Fuel cards shall be issued to the following indicated by the Ordering Party: a) registration numbers of Border Guard vehicles; b) names of organizational units or Border Guard outlets; c) bearer; d) names of equipment; 2) Each fuel card shall have an identification number.3) Fuel cards shall be secured with an identification code (PIN).4) Fuel cards shall enable transactions in the products referred to in this agreement to be carried out in the territory of the Republic of Poland.5) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a tool in the form of an Internet portal in order to: a) monitor the transactions made with fuel cards on an ongoing basis; b) manage fuel cards (e.g. ordering, setting limits, reserving); c) obtain an image of the invoice and detailed transaction settlement.6) The execution of the transaction by the Ordering Party will be confirmed by a printout from the terminal or a receipt.
