1 The subject matter of the order is the purchase and successive, as needed over a period of 36 months, deliveries for the needs of the plant of the Waste Management Company in Suwałki Sp. z o. o. at Raczkowska 150A, 16-400 Suwałki: a) diesel oil without biocomponents, b) light fuel oil, with the parameters specified in the technical conditions of the subject matter of the order, in accordance with the conditions specified in this SWZ and its annexes, using the means of transport of the Contractor. (2) The estimated quantity of the subject matter of the order is: a) diesel fuel - about 360,000 liters, b) light fuel oil - about 30,000 liters.These quantities are estimates and serve the Contractor auxiliary to prepare a bid and calculate costs, but are not the basis for any claims on this account. The Ordering Party is not obliged to fulfill the order in full. Deliveries of diesel fuel and heating oil will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
