Description
1) Description of the subject matter of the contract1) Task no. 1 (for vehicles and equipment of the Road District in Bełżyce)Delivery will consist in:a) fuelling of unleaded petrol 95 in the amount of up to 2 500 l.b) fuelling of diesel oil in the amount of up to 7 000 l.c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing technical efficiency of the vehicle (radiator fluid, windscreen washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, wipes, etc.).
Delivery will consist of:a) refueling of unleaded gasoline 95 in the amount of up to 2,500 l.b) refueling of diesel fuel in the amount of up to 7,000 l.c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical efficiency of the car (radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, wipes , etc.).)3) Terms of delivery:a) Refueling of vehicles and purchase of consumables - non-cash at the Contractor's fuel station. b) The fuel station should be located at a distance of no more than 5 km from:- for task no. 1: the headquarters of the Road District in Belzyce ( Belzyce, 3 Żeromskiego Street ). The Employer reserves the right to measure the distance by a control trip in a company car and reading the odometer.c) Issuing to the driver after each refueling a document confirming the fact of taking fuel to the company car or consumables containing the number of the road card or daily report, time, date of execution of the aforementioned with confirmation of the refueling or purchase in the road card / daily report ( quantity, stamp, signature ).d) The Contractor undertakes that the fuel station will be available to the Ordering Party on all days at least from 7.00 to 15.00 with the possibility of refueling, if necessary around the clock (applies to winter road maintenance actions).e) Ensure that the invoiced price of fuel and prices for other consumables purchased will be in accordance with the prices in force at the Contractor at the time of purchase, taking into account the discount offered.4) Issuing collective VAT invoices, regulating the amounts due for the purchase of fuel and consumables no more than twice a month. 5) The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels according to needs and to change the quantity of the assortment within the total amount of the contract.6) Fuels must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 09, 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680 as amended).3. The Purchaser does not allow partial bids. The Contracting Authority may submit a bid for the entire contract.The Contracting Authority has already divided into parts and one of the parts is the subject matter of this contract.4. The subject matter of the contract has been described as specified in Article 101, paragraph 1, item 2 and paragraph 3, of the PPL Act. The Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described, provided that the Economic Operator proves in the tender, in particular by means of the said means of proof referred to in art. 104-107, that the proposed solutions to an equivalent degree meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
