The subject of the order is the successive supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 10,000 m3 (10,000,000 liters), hereinafter referred to as "diesel fuel".
A. Subject of the OrderThe subject of the order is the successive supply of diesel oil in the amount of 10,000 m3 (10,000,000 liters).B. Requirements, parameters and properties that the offered diesel oil must meet.1. The offered diesel oil, subject to paragraphs 2 and 3, must:1) meet the quality requirements and have the parameters specified in Annex No. 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on the quality requirements for liquid fuels [as of the date of announcement of this tender this is the Regulation of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015, (Journal of Laws of 2015 , item 1680) - hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation" - for "standard" diesel fuel (defined in the wording of the Ordinance as "standard diesel"), subject to point 2],2) have a cold filter blocking temperature (CFPP) in accordance with the Ordinance referred to in point 1, and furthermore adapted to the current atmospheric conditions prevailing at the Ordering Party, which in particular must guarantee the Ordering Party, during the period of supply (duration of the contract), the trouble-free use of the supplied diesel fuel at fuel stations (their installations) and in the power supply systems of the Ordering Party's vehicles, even when ambient temperatures are below -30 Cº.2In order to ensure proper implementation of the provisions set forth in paragraph 1.2, during the winter period from November 16 to the end of February, the Ordering Party also allows for the possibility of supplying diesel fuel that meets the quality requirements and has the parameters specified in Appendix 3 of the Regulation for diesel fuel "with improved low-temperature properties" (defined in the text of the Regulation as "diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties").(3) In the event that in the period between the submission of a bid by the Contractor in the proceedings for the award of this contract and the execution of the contract (concluded as a result of the award of this contract) there is a change in the provisions of the law regarding the conditions and quality requirements for diesel fuel, the Contractor shall be obliged to execute the subject of the contract taking into account such changes.
