The subject of the order are: "Supply of diesel oil" depending on the ambient temperature (period) respectively:- summer,- transitional,- winter.Meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended). Estimated order volume: 7 500 000.00 litres. The specified volume of the Ordering Party's annual demand for fuel during the term of the contract may be increased or decreased by a maximum of 20%.
The subject matter of the contract are: "Supply of diesel oil" depending on the ambient temperature (period) respectively:- summer,- transitional,- winter.Meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680 as amended).In the event that in the period between the submission of a bid by the Contractor in the proceedings for award of this contract and the performance of the contract (concluded as a result of its award) there is a change in the legal provisions regarding the conditions and quality requirements for diesel oil, the Contractor shall be obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract taking into account such changes.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the SWZ.
