Description

The subject of the order is a successive delivery of 873,000 litres of diesel oil (ON) according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 (excluding the case specified in point 1.3.), with the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) within 18 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement. 1.1 Fuel parameters should be confirmed by at least 3 tests in the period January-March 2021 (Attention! Tests at the request of the Contracting Authority will be submitted by the Contractor whose tender will be the highest rated). 1.2 The Contracting Authority also requires that during the winter period (i.e. from 16 November to the end of February) the blocking temperature of the cold filter (CFPP) should be -25oC maximum. 1.3 In the case of forecasting very low temperatures (below -25oC), the Contractor is obliged to supply diesel oil for Arctic climate class 1 with a cold filter blocking temperature (CFPP) selected according to the prevailing temperature. 1.4 In the remaining periods, the Contractor shall deliver diesel oil in accordance with the PN - EN 590 standard, with quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680), depending on the ambient temperature (period) for diesel oil respectively: - summer, i.e. from 16 April to 30 September; - transitional, i.e. from 1 March to 15 April and from 1 October to 15 November. (2) CPV code: 09134100-8 (3) The amount of fuel specified in point 1 is an estimate, based on the Purchaser's consumption of diesel in previous periods, taking into account current needs. This quantity may change during the performance of the contract, depending on the current needs of the Purchaser. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Purchaser in relation to the reduced delivery quantity. The Contractor is obliged to carry out transport of diesel oil to the Orderer's tanks in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 6.9.2001 on Road Transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 58, as amended). The Contractor is obliged to deliver fuel by tankers meeting the requirements of Transport Technical Inspection, intended for the transport of dangerous goods according to the ADR agreement, as well as documents confirming the possession of a legalised tank measurement device for issuing fuel.Deliveries will be made to four above-ground tanks of 5,000 litres each, located in: - Lubawka at 30 Zielona Street, - Boguszów-Gorce at 1 Brzozowa Street, - Lwówek Śląski at 27 Wojska Polskiego Street, - Kamienna Góra at 49 Towarowa Street. The volume of deliveries will amount to 5,000 litres at one time to one point. In the case of an order covering four (4) locations at the same time, the delivery volume may reach a maximum of 20,000 litres.
