The subject matter of the contract is: "Cashless purchase of liquid fuels for official vehicles of the Sosnowiec Municipality and municipal organisational units and municipal companies of the municipality "2. The fuels subject to the contract will be refuelled (depending on the current needs of the Ordering Parties) directly into the tanks of the vehicles/equipment (e.g. into canisters, barrels) described with the registration / inventory number at the time of arrival of the representative of the respective Ordering Party at the fuel station. Refuelling will take place at the filling station meeting the condition of participation in the proceedings described in chapter III section 1 item 1.2 point 4) of the CSG and at any other filling station of the Contractor.3 Contract completion date: 24 months, from the date of conclusion of the agreements but not earlier than 02.01.2022.
1.The subject matter of the contract is: "Non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for official vehicles of the Sosnowiec Municipality and municipal organizational units and municipal companies of the municipality "2.The Employer anticipates purchasing the following type of liquid fuel in the following quantity during the term of the contract:2.1. Sosnowiec Municipality- City with district rights:2.1.1.diesel oil ON- in the quantity of up to 200 liters;2.2.2.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 13 000 liters;2.2. Nursing Home no. 2:2.2.1.diesel oil ON - up to 1 800 liters;2.2.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 170 liters;2.Sosnowieckie Wodociągi Spółka Akcyjna: 2.3.1.diesel oil ON - up to 300 000 litres;2.3.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 40 000 litres.2Social Welfare Home No. 1: 2.4.1.diesel fuel ON - up to 2,600 litres;2.5. Zagłębie Theatre: 2.5.1.diesel fuel ON - up to 3,240 litres;2.6. Miejski Zakład Zasobów Lokalowych: 2.6.1.diesel fuel ON - up to 30,000 litres;2.2.6.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 6 000 liters;2.7. Municipal Guard in Sosnowiec: 2.7.1.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 38 400 liters;2.8.2.8.1.diesel fuel - up to 48,500 litres; 2.8.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 16,500 litres;2.9.Municipal Utilities Centre: 2.9.1.diesel fuel ON - up to 470,000 litres; 2.9.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 75,000 litres;2.10.Social and Support Services Centre: 2.2.10.1.diesel oil ON - amounting to 23,600 litres;2.10.2.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - amounting to 100 litres;2.11.WEG - Department of Ecology and Waste Management:2.11.1.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - amounting to 2,300 litres.22.12.Shared Services Centre: 2.12.1.unleaded petrol Pb 95 - up to 570 litres;3. each Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the full quantitative limit of the subject matter of the contract specified above without the right to claim on this account by the Contractor 4. the quantity of fuel specified above is an estimated quantity, while deliveries of the subject matter of the contract will take place successively, as required by individual Ordering Parties, resulting from the current use of vehicles and equipment. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility to change the number of litres of individual fuels while maintaining the limit value of the contract amount. Such a change does not require an annex to the agreement.5 Purchases shall be made in a non-cash system by means of fuel cards with a range of execution in the territory of the Republic of Poland
