Description

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of (light) diesel fuel for the research vessel s/he "Oceania" over a period of 36 months.2The anticipated volume of the order within Package I - 465 000 litres of diesel oil; place of delivery: port of Gdańsk, grain quay, Starowiślna Street 1.3. Diesel oil must meet the requirements specified for light marine fuels of the ISO-F-DMA category according to the international standard ISO 8217: 2010 (E), where the content of hydrogen sulphide in the liquid phase does not exceed 0.5 mg/kg, the sulphur content must not exceed 0.1 % m/m and the density measured at 15oC must be in the range of 820.0 - 840.0 kg/m3.(4) Notwithstanding the above, diesel fuel supplied under this Agreement shall be free of contamination and shall be adapted to the season and weather conditions of the place of supply. This means, among others, that diesel oil delivered under Package I in the period from 1 November to 31 March should have parameters not worse than: 1) flow temperature: minus 18oC,2) cold filter blocking temperature: minus 4oC.5The Contractor is obliged to present and hand over to the Purchaser at each delivery a quality certificate in Polish, issued by a specialized laboratory, confirming the compliance of oil parameters with the requirements of the international standard ISO 8217: 2010 (E) or equivalent in its full scope.6 Form of delivery - by means of a tanker with its own device feeding oil to the ship's tanks or by means of a bunker (optional).7. 15 tonnes of fuel, capable of supplying ships with liquid fuel, equipped with liquid handling equipment: pumps, hoses of different cross-sections, allowing for easy delivery of fuel from the port quay to the ship being supplied.8Bunker" shall mean a small tanker or barge capable of supplying ships with liquid fuel, equipped with liquid handling equipment: pumps, hoses of different cross-sections on special outriggers enabling trouble-free delivery of fuel to the ship being supplied in roadsteads and ports.9 The oil will be collected on the ship's side by the St. Mechanic or an authorised person.10 Deliveries will be carried out successively depending on the Orderer's needs. A single delivery in the case of Package I will cover from 6,000 to 45,000 litres of diesel oil.11. The Ordering Party (Shipowner) will each time agree with the supplier the exact date of delivery and quantity of diesel oil. Delivery will be agreed by telephone, with confirmation by fax or e-mail (as requested by the supplier).12. The Shipowner holds an AKC-PR document - confirmation of the registration declaration with the Customs Office for excise duty. Shipping fuel is exempt from excise duty upon delivery.13. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order a smaller quantity of fuel, however, not more than 20% of the quantity being the subject of the order. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the contract volume referred to in item 2 above, but by no more than 20% of this volume.15. Contract completion date: within 36 months from 26.05.2020.16. Deliveries (orders) - according to the Contractor's offer.17. Maximum delivery time that the Contractor can offer: 7 days from the date of request.18. The subject matter of the contract is successive deliveries of diesel (light) oil for the research vessel s/he "Oceania" for 36 months.2: 195 000 litres of gas oil; place of delivery: en route to Spitsbergen and in the ports of Spitsbergen (Norway).3. The delivery will be agreed by telephone, with confirmation by fax or e-mail (as requested by the supplier).12. The Shipowner holds an AKC-PR document - confirmation of the excise duty registration declaration at the Customs Office. Shipping fuel is exempt from excise duty upon delivery.13. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order a smaller quantity of fuel, however, not more than 20% of the quantity being the subject of the order. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the contract volume referred to in item 2 above, but by no more than 20% of this volume.15. Contract completion date: within 36 months from 02.06.2020.16. Deliveries (orders) - according to the Contractor's offer.17. Maximum delivery time that the Contractor can offer: 7 days from the date of request.18.
