Description

1) Lot 1 Słajsino - the scope of the contract includes non-cash liquid fuel refuelling in an amount not exceeding 900 000 l together with the 'right of option' to the following extent:a) diesel - 900,000 l (including basic order 630,000 l); b) sales will be made non-cash; c) the place of fuel delivery is RZGO in Słajsin; d) fuel sales will be made by refuelling to fuel tanks; e) capacity: 3 tanks x 5000 l = 15,000 l; f) minimum amount of one delivery will depend on the amount of used fuel, maximum 15,000 l.The Orderer reserves the right to exercise the option referred to in Article 34(1)(a) and (b). The price of the option right will be identical to the unit price of the basic contract, specified in the tender form submitted by the contractor.The Ordering Party reserves the right to refuel the Ordering Party's vehicles at petrol stations (e.g. in case of a breakdown of the distributor in Słajsin) designated by the contractor for the Ordering Party's service, located not more than 20 km from the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, or to replace a tanker truck with fuel within 120 minutes from the time of reporting the breakdown or any other situation that makes it impossible to refuel vehicles from the tanks in RZGO in Słajsin. Settlement with the contractor for the fuel taken will take place in accordance with chapter 13 of the ToR. The Ordering Party is not able to predict whether such a situation will occur during the contract execution. 2) Part 2 Mokrawica - the scope of the contract covers non-cash fuelling of liquid fuels in the amount not exceeding 50,000 l together with the "right of option" in the following scope:a) diesel oil - maximum 50,000 l (including the basic contract 35,000 l); b) the sale will be made non-cash; c) the place of fuel delivery is the SOP in Mokrawica; d) the sale of fuel will be made by fuelling into fuel tanks; e) tank capacity: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 34 par. 5 of the PPL Act, under which it assumes that: - the estimated amount of the option right is 30% of the maximum contract,- the option right will be exercised on the same terms and conditions and on the same dates as the basic contract,- the option contract will be executed according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority and may be exercised within the term of the contract,- the unit price of the option right will be identical to the unit price of the basic contract, specified in the tender form submitted by the contractor. 3) part 3 Świnoujście - the scope of the contract covers non-cash fuel tanking of liquid fuels in the amount not exceeding 85 000 l together with the "right of option" in the following scope:a) diesel oil - maximum 85 000 l (including the basic contract 59 500 l); b) the sale will be made non-cash; c) the place of fuel delivery is the SOP in Świnoujście; d) the sale of fuel will be made by tanking into fuel tanks; e) tank capacity: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 34 par. 5 of the PPL Act, under which it assumes that: - the estimated amount of the option right is 30% of the maximum contract,- the option right will be exercised on the same terms and conditions and on the same dates as the basic contract,- the option contract will be executed according to the Contracting Authority's actual needs and may be exercised during the term of the contract,- the unit price of the option right will be identical to the unit price of the basic contract, specified in the tender form submitted by the contractor. 4) Part 4 Mielenko Drawskie - the scope of the contract includes non-cash liquid fuel refuelling in the quantity not exceeding 40 000 l together with the "right of option" in the following scope:a) diesel oil - maximum 40,000 l (including the basic order of 28,000 l); b) sales will be made non-cash; c) the place of fuel delivery will be the SOP in Mielenko Drawskie; d) fuel sales will be made by filling up the fuel tanks; e) tank capacity of 3,500 l; f) the minimum amount of a single delivery will depend on the amount of used fuel, maximum 3,500 l.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in art. 34 par. 5 of the PPL Act, under which it assumes that: - the estimated amount of the option right is 30% of the maximum contract,- the option right will be exercised on the same terms and conditions and within the same time limits as the basic contract,- the option contract will be executed according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority and may be exercised within the term of the contract,- the unit price of the option right will be identical to the unit price of the basic contract, specified in the Tender Form submitted by the contractor.
