The subject matter of this contract is:1) the supply of diesel fuel in the total estimated quantity: 200 m3 to places indicated by the Contracting Authority i.e.: a) Zakład Unieszkodliwiliwiwania Odpadów Komunalnych RUDNO Sp. z o.o, Rudno 17, commune Ostróda (fuel tank with a capacity of 5 m3 - minimum one-time delivery of about 2 m3); b) Municipal Waste Handling Station in Lipowiec, commune Kurzętnik 53 D, (fuel tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum one-time delivery of about 0.5 m3);c) Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Półwieś 26 A, Zalewo Commune, (fuel tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3); d) Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Iława ul. Komunalna 1, Iława Municipality (fuel tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3) 2) non-cash purchase of diesel oil in the total estimated amount: 300 m3, at service stations at the Contractor's disposal.
IV. Description of the subject matter of the contract1. The subject matter of this contract is:1) supply of diesel oil in the total estimated quantity: 200 m3 to places indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e.:a) Zakład Unieszkodliwiliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych RUDNO Sp. z o.o. Rudno 17, Ostróda municipality (fuel tank with a capacity of 5 m3 - minimum one-time delivery of about 2 m3); b) Municipal Waste Handling Station in Lipowiec, Kurzętnik 53 D municipality, (fuel tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum one-time delivery of about 0.5 m3);c) Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Półwieś 26 A, Zalewo Commune, (fuel tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3); d) Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Iława ul. Komunalna 1, Iława municipality (fuel tank with a capacity of 2.5 m3 - minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3); 2) non-cash purchase of diesel oil in the total estimated amount: 300 m3, at service stations at the Contractor's disposal, and 1 m3 of gasoline, without amendment of the Agreement and without the possibility of financial claims by the Contractor.The purchase of diesel oil and Pb95 unleaded petrol at the service station is non-cash. The Contractor shall issue, on a weekly basis, VAT invoices, which must include: date of refueling, amount of collected diesel/petrol, gross unit price of 1 litre of diesel/petrol, make and registration number of the Vehicle (unless refueling is done to portable tanks), surname and first name of the person collecting it.The Contracting Authority will attach to the Agreement a list of Vehicles and persons authorized to refuel, and in case of changes, will update it, which will not constitute an amendment to the Agreement. The Contractor's means of transport should be equipped with a certified measuring device determining the amount of diesel oil in liters and meet technical conditions for the transport of liquid fuels in accordance with the law. Each delivery of diesel fuel must be accompanied by a quality certificate. The Contractor must guarantee delivery of diesel fuel to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority, referred to in point 2.1.1, within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order - by e-mail, fax or telephone; and3) non-cash purchase of unleaded petrol Pb95 in the total estimated quantity of 1 m3, at service stations at the Contractor's disposal2. The Contractor must ensure refuelling of vehicles at the petrol station at the Ordering Party's disposal, (hereinafter referred to as: Vehicles), located within 10 km from the city limits of Ostróda (calculated on the shortest public road allowing for the passage of trucks with a total weight over 3.5 tons), allowing for refuelling of the Vehicles, open on all working days at hours not shorter than 7.00 to 17.00.The Contractor guarantees that the diesel oil sold meets the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of purchasing a smaller amount of oil. Delivery of diesel oil is carried out entirely by the Contractor, at his expense and risk - without the participation of the Ordering Party. Unleaded petrol Pb95 will be collected successively, depending on the Purchaser's needs, by refuelling to portable tanks (e.g. certified canisters) at petrol stations at the Contractor's disposal.The offered fuel must comply with the requirements of PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06. Other conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft agreement.
