Description
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil together with the lease of a 5 000 dm3 tank for its storage and distribution.
Delivery of diesel oil for the Ordering Party's own needs in quantities up to approx. 21 000 dm3 per month to a 5 000 dm3 storage tank leased from the Contractor and installed in the company's technical facilities located in Mysłowice at 38 Miarki Street. The fuel must meet the quality requirements set out in PN-EN 590:2013-12/AC and the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended). The tank for storage and distribution of diesel oil with a capacity of 5 000 dm3 will be delivered by transport at the expense of the Contractor to the company's technical facilities located in Mysłowice at 38 K. Miarki Street and installed there.
