Description

The subject of the contract is a one-time supply of consumables for scientific research for the Department of Reproductive Immunology and Pathology of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the offer forms - Annexes 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority has allowed for partial bids (5 parts). Each Bidder can submit a bid for any number of parts.
The subject matter of the contract is a one-time supply of consumables for scientific research to the Department of Reproductive Immunology and Pathology of the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the offer forms - Annexes 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority has allowed for partial bids (5 parts). Each Bidder can submit a bid for any number of parts.2. The offered consumables and laboratory accessories have to meet the requirements in terms of dimensions, type of material, additional parameters described in the bidding forms - Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall deliver the products with attached material safety data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the delivered products with the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 4. The warranty period (validity date) for the products shall not be shorter than 24 months, counting from the delivery date. Delivery date of the subject matter of the contract - maximum 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The delivery date is one of the bid evaluation criteria.6. SUBJECT EVIDENCEa). The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor submits, together with the offer, material safety data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data as well as physical and chemical requirements confirming that the offered products meet all requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract.b). The material safety data sheets shall be submitted by the Economic Operator together with the tender. The Economic Operator shall submit the original documents or a copy certified to be true to the original in an electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. If the original document referred to above was not prepared in the form of an electronic document, the economic operator may prepare and hand over an electronic copy of the document in its possession. If a contractor submits an electronic copy of a document, affixing a qualified electronic signature shall be equivalent to certifying the electronic copy of the document as true to the original. Documents prepared in a foreign language shall be submitted together with their translation into Polish.c) If the Economic Operator fails to submit the above mentioned means of evidence or if they are incomplete, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to provisions of art. 107 item 2 of the PPL Act, shall call upon the Economic Operator within the prescribed time limit to submit or supplement such evidence. The Contractor shall deliver the products with attached material safety data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the delivered products with the SWZ.4: products from items 1, 2 and 3 - 12 months, counting from the date of delivery, serological pipette from item 4 - 24 months, counting from the date of delivery. The procedure for checking and confirming the conformity of the delivered order and the method of reporting complaints are in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract provisions - Annex 3 to the SWZ.
