The City of Saint-Jérôme is requesting bids for the following project:
"Work to develop a skateboard and bicycle area of the "BMX" type at the multi-sport park".

RECEIPTION OF SUBMISSIONS: no later than July 17, 2019, before 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the Registrar, 10 Saint-Joseph Street, Suite 301, Saint-Jérôme, QC, J7Z 7G7, to be opened after 10:00 a.m.

Description of the work:

Modulation, levelling and drainage of soils;
Construction of slabs and modules for BMX-type bicycle skateboards in poured concrete;
Construction of walls, slabs, steps and urban furniture in poured concrete;
Supply and installation of prefabricated concrete pavers;
Construction of a bicycle path;
Supply and installation of street furniture;
Removal, supply and installation of lighting equipment;
Supply, installation and connection of drainage equipment;
Supply and planting of plants;
Transplanting and felling trees;
Supply and installation of turfgrass.

This bid is subject to guarantee (bonding) clauses.
Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent at least ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWELVE (192) hours before the date and time scheduled for the receipt of tenders.
The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the bid of a contractor, service provider or supplier who, during the two years preceding the bid opening date, has been subject to an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the City.
The City is not liable for incomplete written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic means or for any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders from the SEAO.
The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
