Canada - DEVELOPMENT OF FORTY-TWO (42) INTERMEDIATE RESOURCE PLACES FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH LOSS OF AUTONOMY AND ADULTS WITH A GERIATRIC PROFILE, INCLUDING 14 FOR THE MRC JOLIETTE AND 28 FOR THE MRC DE L'ASSOMPTION

Description

This call for tenders is divided into two separate lots for this purpose, the CISSS of Lanaudière wishes to retain the services of one or two bidders for the development of forty-two (42) intermediate resource places allocated as follows:
Lot #1 : Development of fourteen (14) intermediate resource places for elderly people with loss of autonomy and adults with a geriatric profile for LA MRC JOLIETTE
Lot #2: Development of twenty-eight (28) intermediate resource places for elderly people with loss of autonomy and adults with a geriatric profile for THE MRC DE L'ASSOMPTION
The same bidder may bid on the first or second lot or both lots together.
The approximate monetary value of the two special agreements are:

630,000 per year for lot 1
1,260,000 per year for lot 2

The Institution intends to assign users to the intermediate resource according to the timelines below. Progressive integrations will be possible and may take place over a few weeks after the first user has been integrated.

Lot 1 scheduled date: Starting September 15, 2019
Lot 2 scheduled date: Starting October 1, 2019
