Description

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is looking for UK companies in the energy industry to participate in the open bidding for the long-term lease and development of a 37-hectare parcel of land in the New Clark City (NCC).

NCC is positioned to become the country’s first disaster-resilient, green and sustainable city. It is located within the Clark special economic zone which is becoming a hub for business, aviation, and tourism in the Philippines.

The BCDA is a development corporation that was vested with corporate powers in 1992 through the Republic Act 7227 (Bases Conversion and Development Act of 1992) and is currently based in the Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. They transform military bases and properties into premier centers of economic growth through establishing integrated developments, dynamic business centers, and vibrant communites. They also engage in public-private partnerships for the creation of public infrastructures such as tollways, airports, seaports, and major real estate developments.
