Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for various consumables.
The value for 2019 was approx. NOK 35 million (including options) in total for all of the participants. The stated scope is estimates based on consumption statistics. There are no guarantees for any of the estimates stated in the tender documentation, nor the estimates used for weighting prices and other criteria.If any of the participants in the procurement collaboration separates parts of their operation to separate legal subjects during the contract period, they shall have an option to enter the contract within a reasonable time on the original terms. Any separation can reduce the extent of the delivery.Changes to the contracting authorities' procurement patterns must be included in the framework agreement on the same terms as the original contract.All participating municipalities are obliged to undertake purchases with the tender with whom the framework agreement is entered into and the selected tenderer is, after orders are placed by the individual organisations, obliged to deliver in accordance with terms in the framework agreement.The framework agreement must cover the participants coastal needs for the delivery of various consumables. The contest has one geographical zone consisting of the participating municipalities. The tenderer must submit a tender for the entire area. The contracting authority shall enter into contact with one tenderer who shall cover all of the 19 product groups.The contract includes the following areas:1) waste management,2) table environment,3) brushes and brooms,4) disposable crockery,5) floor treatment products,6) gloves and clothing,7) interior and carpet cleaning products,8) products for cleaning kitchens,9) rags,10) mops and equipment thereof,11) pads and sponges,12) personal hygiene products,13) cleaning products, grocery,14) cleaning supplies,15) sanitation cleaning,16) industrial households' packaging,17) drying systems,18) laundry,19) various goods.
