Description

Low boiling point liquid scintillation counter for measuring beta radiation (C-14, H-3) of very low activity with the necessary instrumentation:- with passive shield against background radiation,- with active shielding - a shielded scintillation detector operating in the anti-corruption mode,- with alpha and beta spectrum separation function,- with pulse amplitude analyser,- with pulse shape analyser,- with built-in factory measurement protocols for various nuclides,- with sample changer mechanism allowing simultaneous measurement in large and small vials without using additional adapters,- with multichannel spectrum analyser (min. 1 024 channels), - with electronic cooling system of the measuring chamber and sample changer, - with automatic calibration and diagnostics, - with automatic system of displaying the spectra of the measured sample in real time, - with an external standard source allowing to determine the extinguishing parameter.Other description in the ToR. A complete line for the synthesis of benzene for the determination of C-14 radiocarbon content by liquid scintillation, consisting of: - equipment for the production of carbonizate, - equipment for the production of lithium carbide from carbon dioxide and carbonizate, - equipment for the synthesis and purification of acetylene, - equipment for the synthesis and purification of benzene, - system for rapid removal of radon, - vacuum system. Laboratory cooler with parameters:- cooling chamber volume: min. 50 litres, - cooling temperature range: (+2 ÷ 15)oC,- temperature setting accuracy: 0,2oC,- display of the current temperature in the cooling chamber. Fume cupboard for the study of organic compounds (including benzene): - made entirely without wood and wood-based materials, - width approx. 1,200 mm, height approx. 2 300 mm,- top height 900 mm made of polypropylene board,- media: 2 x cold water (valves on the left column), ceramic sink in the left part of the working chamber, 2 x 230 V (IP44) socket on the right column, outside the chamber,- working chamber lighting,- a system to monitor the correct functioning of the ventilation in the fume cupboard is required,- control panel should be equipped with appropriate signals (indicated values: lack of ventilation, too low, too high and current value of air flow through the working chamber),- having automatic window control,- fume cupboard should have an automatic window closing function and be equipped with a motion sensor in front of the fume cupboard,- electric drive of window movement should have an overload clutch resulting in changing the direction of window movement (from "closing" to "opening"),- under-top cabinet for plinth, two-door.
