Description

The procurement procedure used is open tender. Framework Agreement with minimum and maximum subsequent contracts. The services are divided into three lots: desktop PCs, laptops, tablet PCs, small hardware and accessories. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement awarded to a maximum of five economic operators. The various holders will be re-competed for each subsequent contract. Resulting contracts will be purchase order contracts with minimum and maximum purchase orders. In the event of special and exceptional needs, ordinary follow-on contracts may also be concluded. This equipment may be intended either to supplement the existing fleet or to renew old equipment. The aim of this project is to meet the equipment needs of the administration of the Departmental Council but also of the thirty-six colleges of the Department (excluding educational shelves).
For information, the computer park is composed of about one thousand fixed computers for the departmental administration, and three thousand six hundred fixed computers for the thirty-six colleges of the department (including school cities). The multi-awarded framework agreement will give rise to the issue of contracts subsequent to purchase orders, with a minimum of EUR 1 600 000 exclusive of tax and a maximum of EUR 4 000 000 exclusive of tax for the total duration of the framework agreement. Laptops detailed as follows:- ultra-portable computers,- standard laptops,- laptops with detachable keyboard For information, the computer park consists of approximately five hundred laptops for the departmental administration and about a hundred laptops for the thirty-six colleges in the department (including school towns). The multi-awarded framework agreement will give rise to the issue of contracts subsequent to purchase orders, with a minimum of EUR 240 000 exclusive of tax and a maximum of EUR 800 000 exclusive of tax for the total duration of the framework agreement. Tablets, peripherals and spare parts, detailed as follows:- digital tablets (excluding educational), all OSes,- peripherals,- computer spare parts For information, the departmental administration's computer stock is made up of approximately one hundred tablets (all OSes combined, Windows, IPAD or Android). The colleges also have a stock of educational touch tablets (mobile classrooms), but the supply of these does not fall within the scope of this contract. The multi-awarded framework agreement will give rise to the issue of contracts subsequent to purchase orders, with a minimum of EUR 40 000 excluding VAT and a maximum of EUR 200 000 excluding VAT for the total duration of the framework agreement.
