Description

These terms and conditions regulate the process of the public proposal for the "CONSULTANCY FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RESTORATION OF THE CARRASCO PALACE, VIÑA DEL MAR, BIP CODE 40053966-0".
The Carrasco Palace of Viña del Mar is part of the emblematic heritage infrastructure of the commune, representative of a part of the history both at city and national level, and therefore is part of the polygon described by the PRBIPE. It is recognized as part of a patrimonial fabric, formed by all those buildings with recognized value, both historical and social, urban, architectural, touristic, among others; all of which complement and enhance each other. To achieve the development of the consultancy, it will be necessary for the company awarded the contract to first carry out a study and diagnosis of the current state of the building, identifying the degree of deterioration of the infrastructure and the steps to be taken to recover its pre-existences. After this, the complete architectural project and the specialties projects should be developed, along with the approval and obtaining of permits and certificates for its subsequent execution.
The objective of this consultancy is to develop the Restoration Design and Management Model of the Carrasco Palace through the development of studies, surveys, preliminary and final architectural project, structure and its specialties, with their respective approvals, certifications and recommendations of the corresponding agencies.
