Description
The purpose of this consultation is to purchase dental supplies for the Municipal Health Centres. The dental supplies are divided into two lots to be dealt with by separate contracts, defined as follows:- lot 1: dental care supplies, and- lot 2: dental pharmaceutical supplies. The contracts are concluded for an initial period of twelve months from the date of notification and are tacitly renewable three times per twelve-month period.
The subject of Lot 1 is dental care supplies. There is no minimum amount for this lot and the maximum annual amount is EUR 60 000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 concerns dental pharmaceutical supplies. There is no minimum contract value and the maximum annual contract value shall be EUR 42 000 excluding VAT.
