Demolition in general:- the buildings/structures including the foundation components are to be demolished,- the demolition pits are finally to be filled with existing soil,- the buildings are to be cleared out before the actual demolition work and the building pollutants are to be removed.Total demolition of sludge dewatering plant:- Year of construction: 1977,- Single-storey, L x W x H approx. 45 x 14 x 7 m,- Construction method: Reinforced concrete skeleton made of prefabricated elements with brick lining, saddle roof made of lightweight concrete slabs with trapezoidal sheet covering and KMF thermal insulation, facade with trapezoidal sheet covering and KMF thermal insulation. TRGS 521),- wall claddings with fibre cement panels made of asbestos cement,- fire doors with asbestos products,- flange gaskets containing asbestos,- joint sealants containing chlorine.total demolition low pressure gas tank:- year of construction: 1997,- D x H approx. 13 x 11 m,- construction method: Base plate made of reinforced concrete, gas container made of steel with a membrane made of chloroprene rubber (CR) with fabric inlay made of polyamide. Total demolition gas compressor station:- Year of construction: 1998,- One-storey, L x W x H approx. 16 x 7 x 4 m, - Construction: Masonry, reinforced concrete floor slab, steel pent roof with trapezoidal sheet covering and cladding and KMF thermal insulation. Known building pollutants:- KMF insulation ("old mineral wool" as defined by TRGS 521).
