deconstruction, decontamination and depollution work on a Ministry of the Interior site located in Saint-Ouen-Sur-Seine (93) The contract is governed by the provisions applicable to defence or security contracts in the public procurement code and is subject to the CCAG travaux 2021
The services concern deconstruction, asbestos removal, decontamination and depollution (hydrocarbons and heavy metals) of a 6.3-hectare plot of land comprising 60,000 square metres of buildings to be demolished. The services include capping, reinforcement of excavations, reinforcement and cutting of structures, backfilling and repair of accesses, creation of a runway, road and rail works, and management of fauna and flora (treatment of exotic and invasive species).The works will be carried out in the vicinity of SNCF structures, thus in compliance with SNCF railway safety directives.the site will have to be fenced and secured with the implementation of a guarding and surveillance system.an approach for the reuse of materials will be included in the contract. A PEMD diagnosis is carried out by the project owner
