Description Scope of servicesThe following service description includes demolition work of the main measure (BT1 and BT2) on building 101.the service provision is carried out in 2 construction phases.the first construction phase comprises the renovation of the high-rise building, the auditorium 1 and the technical centres in the basement including the house connections and main supply facilities.The second phase of construction comprises the renovation of building section 2 (low-rise building) of the covered walkways with lecture halls 23-24-25, libraries, seminar rooms, sanitary facilities, offices and the rooms below in the basement floor. The start of construction is planned for the 1st quarter of 2020. The completion of the 1st construction phase is planned by the end of 2021. The completion of the 2nd construction phase is planned for the end of 2023. The demolition work (1st and 2nd BA) will be carried out at intervals and not in immediate succession. A separate remuneration for the discontinuous construction process is not granted and is to be taken into account in the unit prices if necessary.at the time of execution it is to be assumed that there are other trades on the construction site.the work is carried out floor by floor starting from the 8th floor to the 2nd floor (pipe cellar).a scaffolding lift is provided on site. The enclosed logistics manual must be observed and implemented. All material and personnel flows are controlled and monitored by a logistics specialist. The construction site is secured by a security service and video surveillance. The access to the construction site is personalized. The disposal of the resulting residues and waste is carried out via a recycling yard provided by the customer (see details in the logistics handbook) The services essentially comprise:Demolition workDemolition is to be carried out in residual stocks of furniture and built-in parts made of wood building materials, pre-wall shells made of wood or wood fibre, and other materials. made of gypsum building materials, multi-layer partition walls, installation walls, partition walls made of solid and lightweight building materials, 1- and 2-panel tubular frame doors, 1- and 2-panel wooden doors with steel frames, 1- and 2-panel doors with steel frames Sheet steel doors, small doors/flaps, railings, handrails made of wood and steel, parapet cladding.proportionally, both wooden and steel-framed door leaves are to be removed and stored for later reuse.dismantling of windows and door systems, skylights, mullion-transom facades, skylights, skylights, domelights, including the temporary closure of the resulting openings with wooden shoring made of squared timber and the flat closure made of OSB/3 boards and foils as weather protection. In addition, fixtures and fittings are to be dismantled, if available and not commissioned by the TGA trades, as are lattice walls, wall tiles, wall plaster and coatings (wallpaper, paint).On site, the central technical systems technology of the heating, sanitary, compressed air, ventilation and refrigeration technology, as well as the associated systems with the inventory such as under-sink devices, sanitary equipment, radiators, sub-distribution boards, switches and sockets, media channels, floor tanks, lights, roof superstructures and the lift are dismantled.Protection of historic buildings and monuments:All building materials to be dismantled with special care for reasons of preservation of historic buildings and monuments are to be removed non-destructively, stored in a suitable manner in storage rooms of the building and systematically documented. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that in individual cases small quantities of old LMF may have to be removed. The Contractor must have appropriately trained personnel and equipment available for this purpose. Work that falls under TRGS 521, exposure category 1 (e.g. dismantling of old KMF of less than 3 sqm) must be carried out independently in compliance with this TRGS 521. This includes the packaging of such small quantities in PE bags. For disposal, a container will be provided by the client, so that the proper disposal is carried out by the client. By submitting his offer, the Contractor confirms that he can carry out such work if necessary.construction site equipmentFor the 1st construction phase, construction site equipment consisting of a construction fence, gate, container position (containers for the Contractor's own use are not included in the scope of services) is included.In the 2nd construction phase, the construction site equipment is provided and maintained by the Contractor's construction logistics department.the outdoor area (green belt) is a landscape conservation area. Damage to nature and environment of any kind is punishable by law. All measures and interventions require an exceptional approval. Due to the more difficult delivery conditions and the requirements of landscape protection, the attached photo documentation must be observed and an inspection of the site is strongly recommended. The more difficult delivery will not be compensated separately.
