Staszica 11, delivery of all devices, materials and equipment necessary according to the Technical Design and the ToR to complete the subject of the contract, commissioning of the devices installed within the scope of the performed performance of the subject of the contract, preparation of the operating manual and training of the Employer's employees.I - construction works, inter alia: - reinforced concrete and masonry construction works, - insulation works, - internal works, installation of door joinery, II - sanitary installations, inter alia: - water, inter aliacan,- central heating and cooling - mechanical ventilation, technological and smoke ventilation with automation - air conditioning - medical gases - supply, installation and commissioning of equipment III - electrical and telecommunication installations, includingCable routes - switchboards and WLZ - basic, emergency and evacuation lighting installations - installations of sockets and power sockets - special installations IT - power supply and ventilation control installations - disassembly of the existing installation and disposal of materials disassembled harmful to the environment - sealing of cable passages - structural network and wiring of rooms - installation of SKD and SSWIN - tests and measurementsIV - other works included in the project documentation and preliminaries of works.2Detailed specification of Work parameters, including their detailed scope, is included in the Specification of Important Order Terms, Agreement, Design Documentation together with Technical Specifications, constituting Attachment No. 7 to the Specification of Important Order Terms.
