France - Demolition work

Description

The work to be carried out will be cleaning, asbestos removal and deconstruction of buildings, and associated installations (backfilling, safety, removal of tanks with degassing and emptying, excavation of polluted soil spots,...) Waste management will be ensured by an SOGED at the expense of the companies awarded, and in compliance with the Democlès charter to which SNCF has committed itself, the works will be deconstructed as and when SNCF makes its demolition decision. The buildings to be demolished will be of various types: - social category: pavilions, residential buildings, gatekeepers' houses,- tertiary category: offices,- industrial and railway category: workshops, warehouses, sheds, water towers, tanks, tanks, boilers, electric transformers, air power plants, pits, overhead cranes, platforms, railways, catenary poles, lighting poles,... The list of plots to demolish is not known. A mixture of the building types described above should be taken into account, based on the average quantities: about 9,000 m2/year; see attached BPU for information (do not complete it).
